Comic-Con 2015is exactly one week away. And that meansEWis bringing us their exclusive Comic Con preview, which has a ton of new photos and info on all the movies heading to San Diego. They kick things off with their cover reveal, which featuresBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’s holytrinityof Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). We also get several new photos, most notable for offering a look at Princess Diana of Themyscira in her civilian dress, dancing with Bruce Wayne (are they romantically involved), andJesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor before he loses all of his hair. There is also an interview with the cast and crew, including this tidbit about how directorZack Snyderfirst pitch the idea of having these two DC Comics titans face off against each other. The movie started as an end-credit Easter egg.

Ben Affleckgoes on to talk about taking on one of the mosticonic rolesin any medium. He will be playing the caped crusader only four years afterChristian Baleleft the cape and cowl behind, withThe Dark Knight Risesclosing up shop in 2012. As we’ve often heard, this is an older Bruce Wayne, one slightly based on Frank Miller’s seminalThe Dark Knight Returns.

In Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,Bruce Wayneviews Superman as someone who could become an overlord. So he decides to take him out for good. The film will also include Wonder Woman and Aquaman, as it sets out to set upJustice League Part 1.Zack Snydertalks about the immense work it takes to lay all the ground work for DC Comics next 5 years at the movies.
