McMillian’s life leading up to the end was not easy. She lost her fiance due to a car accident prior to her stint onMy 600lb. Life. My 600-lb Lifehas been a staple of the TLC network since 2012, reigning strong as one of the most-watched reality television shows. Each episode follows morbidly obese individuals who weigh at least 600 pounds with the show documenting their attempts to lose weight andmaintain healtheir lifestyles. The show was originally supposed to be a miniseries, but due to its popularity, it was turned into a long-running television series. Many of the subjects have been revisited with aWhere Are They Now?spinoff, updating viewers on how the weight management is going for many different people.

Sadly, McMillian is the latest of severalMy 600-lb Lifestars to have since died after appearing on the program. Earlier this year, season 5 starJames King passed awayfrom multiple organ failure. Others have alsodied during the filmingof their respective episodes. This includes Rob Buchel, who suffered a fatal heart attack while shooting an episode for season 6. Last year, season 7 subject Kelly Mason also died while her episode was in production. Several former stars have since filed a lawsuit against the show’s production company, alleging negligence and a failure to cover medical costs.

McMillian is survived by four daughters and many brothers and sisters. Our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time. May she rest in peace. This news comes to us fromTMZ.
