Wednesdaymight have been officially renewed for Season 2, but starJenna Ortegasays she hasn’t been given a script just yet.

“I have seen nothing, and I know nothing,” she toldVarietyfrom the red carpet at the 80th Golden Globes Tuesday night—the actress' first ceremony as a nominee.

Ortega is nominated for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy TV Series for her role as the titular Addams Family teen in the Netflix series, and it’s easy to understand why—fans have been clamoring for a second season of the supernatural horror from the moment they finished Season 1.

Despite being crowned the"Most Popular TV Character of 2022,“the actress behindWednesdaysays she doesn’t really have that much pull behind the scenes.

And, Ortega adds, the script probably isn’t ready to be passed along to her—the streamer is allegedly still in the process of getting the writers' room for Season 2 together—but she teased that it might not betoolong untilWednesdaystars start seeing the script.

“I feel like sometimes as the actor, you just are kind of told what to do. I’m waiting on it, I think they’re just starting to get a writers' room together, so…maybe soon?”

It’s only been a few days since Netflix officially renewedWednesday.Still, the showrunners behind the hit series have already been thinking about where to focus a second season now that Nevermore Academy is…well, no more.

Creators Al Gough and Miles Millar toldThe Hollywood Reporterlast month that they wanted to “explore and sort of complicate” Wednesday’s relationships in Season 2, especially her relationships with her mother Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) and former roommate—and perhaps, friend?—Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers).

“For us, the show also is really about this female friendship with Wednesday and Enid really being at the center of that…Then, the other thing that’s really interesting to continue is to continue to explore the Wednesday-Morticia mother-daughter relationship as well,” the duo teased.

No word yet on when we can expectWednesdaySeason 2, but in the words of Ortega…maybe soon?

In the meantime, Season 1 ofWednesdayis now streaming on Netflix.
