Just days later,Varietyreported that Daryl Dixon actor Norman Reedus had suffered a concussion due to an on-set injury. The incident has delayed filming by a few days to allow for Reedus to properly recover before returning to work. It’s not clear exactly how Reedus sustained the injury, which could have happened in any number of ways, given the physicality of the show. The good news is that the actor is “recovering well.” He is also expected to be back on the set soon to wrap up The Walking Dead with the rest of the cast and crew.

“Norman suffered a concussion on set. He is recovering well and will return to work soon. Thank you to everyone for their concern," Reedus' publicist said.
