Eddie Murphy’sComing to America 2is scheduled to hit theaters in the summer of 2020. It’s been 31 years since the original comedy debuted and fans have been waiting that long for a sequel to come around. Back in January, Murphy made the announcement that he was officially on board and that the sequel is finally moving forward after years of speculation. The comedian also announced that Netflix’sDolemite Is My Namedirector Craig Brewer has been chosen to direct the sequel....

Last week, it was announced that 20th Century Fox will be hosting a global screening ofX-Men: Apocalypse, which took place earlier today in London. During the red carpet coverage of the event, a new clip was shown, which has Scott Summers, a.k.a. Cyclops (Tye Sheridan), first discovering his unique powers in an unlikely place. While we don’t know for sure if we’ll see the origins of other mutants' abilities in this movie, this clip reveals how one bully was in the wrong place at the wrong time....

A new official set image fromAvatar 2has been released. The massive set photo was posted on social media to announce that production has wrapped for 2019. James Cameron and crew are going to take a break for the holidays before jumping back into work early next year, bringing the long-awaited sequels closer to completion. The second installment is set several years afterAvatarand will reportedly focus on Jake and Neytiri’s children, but that has yet to be confirmed at this time....

Frozen 2is on top of the box office for the second weekend in a row. The animated family movie from Disney was able to break the Thanksgiving box office record with $123.7 million domestically. The sequel easily beats the $109.9 million grossed byThe Hunger Games: Catching Firein 2013. If that wasn’t enough, it has been predicted that the weekend numbers forFrozen 2could be even higher once everything is calculated tomorrow morning....
