TheReacheruniverse has now begun, asPrime Videoannouncesthe first spinoff from its hugely successful action series. As per a report byDeadline, the spinoff is now being fast-tracked andwill center on the fan-favorite character Frances Neagley, played by Maria Sten, who was introduced in the first season. A corporate security professional who served with Reacher in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit, Neagleywill reportedly join forces with Alan Ritchson’s behemoth avenger in the spinoff, with theReacherlead set to appear as a “guest star.”
The spinoff will seeReacherexecutive producer and showrunner Nick Santora join forces with Nicholas Wootton following the team’s successful run on another hit action/thriller series,Prison Break. According to the report, the pair will “develop, executive produce and co-showrunNeagley.” Much like its predecessor,Neagleywill be produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Skydance Television in conjunction with CBS Studiosfollowing recent changes at Paramount. TheNeagleyspinoff will be executive produced by Lee Child, Don Granger, and Lisa Kussner with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell for Skydance Television.

After being introduced to audiences inReacherSeason 1, the character Frances Neagley proved to be a big hit, playing a major role in Season 2. While this was expected, as Neagley also plays a crucial part in the book that the second season was adapted from, the fan-favorite character is all set to playanother big role inReacherSeason 3despite her not appearing in “Persuader,” the novel that will inform the third series.
What Do We Know About Reacher Season 3?
The first season ofReacherintroduces Alan Ritchson as the title character, a former U.S. Army Military Police Major now living as a nomad who suddenly finds himself dragged back into action when he is arrested for murder. Based on the series of novels by author Lee Child, Season 2 wrapped up earlier this year and finds the heroic nomad on another mission after members of his old military unit start turning up dead.
Reacher is Ready to Come Home This September
Fans of Alan Ritchson’s Reacher will want to get their hands on him before Season 3.
A third season is now in the works, and it has now been revealed that the next Jack Reacher adventure will be based on the seventh book in the series, “Persuader,” which finds the character going undercover to rescue an informant held by a haunting foe from his past. Ritchson will, of course,return to lead the series, with Season 3 all set to add several intriguing new characters to the roster, including several villains that will rival Reacher’s size and strength.One such villain is Paulie, who it has now been confirmed will be played byBlack WidowandIndiana Jones and the Dial of Destinystar Olivier Richters, aka “The Dutch Giant.” Far bigger and more powerful than the already big and powerful Reacher, this clash of the titans should provide all manner of action in the highly anticipated third season.

ReacherSeason 3 is due to debut on Prime Video in 2025.
