Up next, we have two more posters featuring new Sith villain Kylo Ren and his now legendary lightsaber with a franchise-first cross guard that has earned its place in Star Wars lore even beforeStar Wars: The Force Awakenshas had a chance to debut on the big screen. These arrive following three posters from yesterday which revealed Kylo’s mask and his army of stormtroopers.
It has not yet been revealed who is hiding under Kylo Ren’s mask, or which actor is playing this unique Sith villain said to be as menacing as Darth Vader, but much more deadly. Many suspect that this is the characterAdam Driveris playing, while some suspect that he is part of the Skywalker family bloodline. Others want to believe that he is actually Han Solo’s son. And if you’ve kept up with rumors, you know that the two will have an ill-fated meeting at some point in the new movie.
So, who is Kylo Ren? We don’t know yet. And we may not find out that mystery until the movie opens in December. In the meantime, take a look at his black costume and metallic face mask.
