The Toxic Avengeris finally set to hit theaters later this year, and what better way to celebrate the occasion than to unveil the first look at Peter Dinklage as the titular mutant superhero. After premiering at Fantastic Fest in 2023, the latest entry inThe Toxic Avengerfranchise became a major topic of discussion due to being shelved indefinitely due to its unrated nature. Fortunately, not only will fans be able to see it in theaters, but it will also be the most unfiltered version of the filmmaker’s vision, and the results already look worthwhile.
Courtesy of Entertainment Weekly,The Toxic Avengerhas unveiled several new images fromthe long-awaited rebootfeaturing Dinklage as Toxie. It seems like the film decided to use a completely practical look for the hero, and while Dinklage is completely unrecognizable, it’s hard to argue that Toxie has ever looked better on screen. Yes, Dinklage will appear in his non-mutant form in the film, but it seems the Game of Thrones actor will be under heavy prosthetics and makeup for the majority ofThe Toxic Avenger.
