Hemsworth, who has played the God of Thunder since the early days of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is set to reprise his role once more in the upcoming adventure, which will also see Natalie Portman returning as Jane Foster, who is set to take up the mantle of Thor this time around. According to Hemsworth, it’s all set to get underway in mid-2020.

TheAvengers: Endgamestar was recently a guest at Tokyo Comic Con. During a panel,Chris Hemsworthrevealed that he hasn’t seen a script for the movie yet, so he simply can’t divulge much of anything, even if he wanted to. But he’s gearing up to shoot next year. Here’s what he had to say.

“Lots of love and lots of thunder. You can expect that. I haven’t seen the script yet. I know they’re working very hard on it and pretty excited tobring you something pretty fresh and new again. But having left Endgame, where Thor was, we have a lot of room to move there and drastically change again, which is very, very exciting. But we start shooting that sort of mid-next year.”
