Following last night’s episode ofThe Walking Dead,JSS,AMChas released two new previews for next week’s episode,Thank You, airing Sunday, October 25 at 9 PM ET on AMC. After spending all ofJSSinside Alexandria, we catch up with Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and several other characters who are busy dealing with thezombieherd. As we saw in the season premiere,First Time Again, their plan didn’t exactly go off without a hitch.
Last season, Rick had called the folks at Alexandria some of the luckiest people he had ever met, since they hadn’t had to truly survive against the zombie herd like he has. In the season premiere, we found out why they got so lucky, since a massive hole in the Earth created a makeshift trap for walkers, and most of the zombies that would be heading towards Alexandria ended up in this hole. Theseason premiereepisode showed Rick, Glenn (Steven Yeun), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) creating a path to send the walkers far from Alexandria, but then, something horrifying happened: a loud siren near Alexandria was set off, and the walkers all started gravitating towards Rick’s new home.

We found out inJSSthat the horn did come from Alexandria, but it was part of the Wolves' attack on this facility. They had tried to breach the walls by driving a semi truck through it, but Spencer (Austin Nichols) took out the driver from the sniper tower, and the body fell on the switch for the blaring horn, which is what caused the zombies to head towards Alexandria. We’ll find out inThank Youwhether or not Rick and his team can make it back in time to warn everyone in Alexandria.
Fans have already been introduced toCorey Antonio Hawkins' Heath, an Alexandrian supply runner, but last night’s episode gave us our first look atMerritt Weveras Dr. Denise Cloyd, Alexandria’s new doctor.Xander Berkeleyjoined the cast last month, and it’s been speculated that he could either be playing the infamous comic book villain Negan, or Gregory, the leader of theHilltop Colony. The show is also seeking actors to play a married couple named Kirk and Hilda, but fans have already speculated that this couple could be Dwight and Sherry. If Kirk and Hilda do turn out to be Dwight and Sherry, it could be another sign thatNeganis coming aboard, since that couple isn’t introduced in thecomicsuntil after Negan surfaces.

In addition to these trailers, we also have last night’s most talked about scene, where Jessie (Alexandra Breckenridge) takes on one of the Wolves herself, along with new photos from bothJSSand next week’sThank You. Last night’sJSStook many viewers by surprised, with The Wolves' brutal attack. But next week’sThank Youlooks to be even more intense. Do you think this wave of incoming zombies will spell doom for the members of Alexandria? Or do you think Rick and his team can fend them off, one by one?
