Hugh Jackmanhas been sharing another teasing behind-the-scenes look at his upcoming return as Wolverine inDeadpool 3. While unofficial set-leaks may have dried up following Ryan Reynolds’ plea to stop sharing such images online, that hasn’t stopped both Reynolds and Jackman from sharing their own teasing images, of which Jackman’s “Chops-shot” is the latest.
As well as having to go through an extensive andintense training regime to get back into shape for Wolverine’s new outing, there is another aspect of the character that is essential for Jackman’s transformation into the X-Men character – hisperfectly preened facial hair. In a new post on X (formerly Twitter), Jackman shared an image of himself getting a little trim with the simple comment of, “Chops. #Wolverine.” you’re able to check out the post below:

Deadpool 3was always Marvel Studios’ best chance of a huge hit in 2024. After a ropey 2023, the arrival of the Merc With a Mouth in the MCU is now the studios’ only chance of a hit, withall other movies having been pushed out to 2025. This means that now, more than ever, fans are desperate to see more updates on the film, and of course, the dynamic duo that will lead the multiverse movie are always more than happy to oblige.

Ryan Reynolds Doesn’t Let Hugh Jackman Have All the Fun
Not to allow Hugh Jackman to get the final word in 2023,Ryan Reynoldshopped onto his own social media page to drop a quick message to fans with a littleDeadpool 2Easter egg attached to it for good measure. The message read:
Happy New Year to everyone. Except maybe Shatterstar
Fans of theDeadpoolmovie franchise will remember Shatterstar being one of the members of X-Force to be dispatched before the team even managed to get on the ground for their first mission. Before his untimely demise, along with the majority of the team, Shatterstar (Lewis Tan) was able to rub Deadpool up the wrong way, leading to a certain amount of animosity between them.
Although Shatterstar, and the others, were all seen to perish inDeadpool 2, all bets are off when it comes to the possible return of some of those characters in the upcomingDeadpool 3.There has been plenty of speculation, fueled by those early set leaks, that the movie will take Deadpool and Wolverine on a road trip across the multiverse, including a stop off in the old Fox universe and many others.

Director Shawn Levy has already suggested thatDeadpool 3 was able to incorporate more cameo appearancesthan he ever believed they would get away with – and that statement brings with it a lot of scope and expectation from fans. Whether the movie will deliver on the promises made is something that we will find out in July 2024, but Marvel Studios is hoping that the fans who made the previous Deadpool movies a runaway success will return to theaters for his latest chaotic adventure.
Deadpool & Wolverine
A follow-up to the highly successful Deadpool and Deadpool 2 films starring Ryan Reynolds as the Merc with a Mouth. The third film will be the first in the franchise to be developed under the Marvel Studios banner following Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox.
