Last week, Warner Bros. released theComic-Con trailerforWonder Woman, which was well-received by fans. Since we still have roughly 10 months until this movie hits theaters, most weren’t expecting a new TV spot already, but one surfaced this weekend, which is essentially a shorter version of the SDCC trailer. Still, we don’t know when more footage will be unveiled, so this TV spot will help tide fans over until a new trailer drops.
This TV spot surfaced on YouTube, debuting just over a week after Warner Bros.' Comic-Con panel. The panel was hosted byConan O’Brien, featuring directorPatty Jenkins, who then introducedConnie Nielsen(Queen Hippolyta),Chris Pine(Steve Trevor) and Diana Prince herself,Gal Gadot, who expressed how it is an “honor and a privilege” to bring this iconic characterDiana Princeto life on the big screen, and how she feels a huge responsibility to portray this character accurately.Conan O’Brienalso joked that he narrowly lost the Steve Trevor role toChris Pine, while the actor talked about what it was like to bring this character to life, whileConnie Nielsenshares a humorous story about her sword training to play Queen Hippolyta.

Wonder Womanhits movie theaters around the world next summer whenGal Gadotreturns as the title character in the epic action adventure from director Patty Jenkins. Before she wasWonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of theAmazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Patty Jenkins(Monster) directs from a script byGeoff JohnsandAllan Heinberg. Originally,Jason Fuchs, who is credited with writing bothIce Age: Continental DriftandPan, was thought to be the writer of the movie, but that looks to not be the case.Heinbergcame up with the initial story forWonder WomanwithBatman V Superman: Dawn of JusticedirectorZack Snyder, so it isn’t all that surprising he is being credited.Geoff Johnswas recently promoted to oversee the production of all DC Extended Universe movies at Warner Bros., so it also seems to make sense that he was heavily involved. Take a look at the newWonder Womanfootage and stay tuned for more on this highly-anticipated superhero adventure, hitting theaters June 14, 2025.
